We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent teamwork skills while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. This role will be instrumental in managing various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, backlinking, content creation, and overseeing all social media platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s outreach efforts through these channels.
Additionally, you will actively generate leads, engage with potential customers, and provide comprehensive solutions to enhance revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply subject matter expertise to shape Kaluari’s digital marketing and growth agenda by developing targeted marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s digital and social media strategy to enhance growth, increase online presence, improve corporate image, and engage with online audiences, including the company’s website.
- Present, promote, and sell Kaluari solutions and services to existing and prospective customers using proven online marketing techniques.
- Create a minimum of 3 new backlinks per day.
- Produce at least 4 new articles per month (minimum 500 words) for the company’s websites.
- Provide weekly progress reports, including evidence using digital marketing tools, on the progress of marketing campaigns, including SEO updates, Google ranking updates, backlinks created, website traffic, leads generated, and content created.
- Send appropriate holiday messages to clients and prospects during all holidays.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize existing content on Kaluari’s company websites.
- Measure the success of every digital marketing campaign and provide regular analytics reports. Coordinate digital marketing efforts and plans with other team members as necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed of new products and competition status.
- Contribute to strategies and solutions for marketing technology.
- Develop new marketing approaches and techniques while enhancing existing ones.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various digital media platforms and their unique features, including SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, UX, A/B testing, traffic generation, email marketing, CRO, Mobile Business, and Mobile and Digital Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Console, and Keyword Research.
- Proven track record of digital marketing success, including brand awareness and conversions; experience in service-related industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and proficiency in using data for performance management.
- Social media marketing knowledge, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in social media management, including content planning and management in corporate or agency settings, with demonstrable accomplishments.
- Familiarity with designing YouTube videos and online ads for different platforms using image editing tools like Canva or similar software.
- Knowledge of utilizing first and third-party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization.
- Strategy-oriented mindset, with deep expertise in business and broad knowledge in enterprise management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of IT understanding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
